If you tried to book rooms through The Custom Hotel's online system since the last blog post/Facebook message, you may have come across some problems. We apologize for the inconvenience. Shortly after the messages were posted/sent out, we were informed that The Custom Hotel was experiencing some technical difficulties with its online system. According to hotel staff, problems should be resolved within this week. Meanwhile, if you can't wait to book, please call The Custom Hotel directly ( 310-645-0400) and make sure that the group code "Westchester Reunion (Aug.6-8) is noted. Please make sure as well that it's at the special rate of $119 per night and that you get all the elements included in the package.
As a result of this issue, The Custom Hotel has agreed to extend the deadline for booking. We will keep you posted as soon as we receive the new date.
